How 3 Lives works
Life 1 - Signage. 2.6mm Bubble board prints and cuts exactly like standard corflute: lightweight, weatherproof, easy to fix. Use it for site signs, real-estate boards, event signage - anything short-to-medium term.
Life 2 - Building panel. When the sign comes down, Sign Central takes the board back and it's reprocessed into a recycled building panel.
Life 3 - Fence post. At the end of its life as a building panel, the material is reprocessed again into a recycled fence post - doing a farm-fence job that would otherwise use virgin timber or concrete.
Ask when you order about drop-off or courier return for your old 2.6mm Bubble boards. Choose 2.6mm Bubble board as your material on the print your own artwork page.

1. Artwork
PDF is best, or PNG/JPG at 300 dpi.
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 100 MB. We read the size and quality straight away.
Upload the file again to change the artwork; your settings are kept.
Tick this if your file is 3 mm bigger than the label on every side.
2. Size and shape
Width and height follow your artwork's own proportions: it fits inside, never stretched. Roll labels go up to 114 x 294 mm finished; wider labels are made on hi-tack vinyl.
Cut around my artwork traces your PNG or artwork outline; use the cut line in my file needs a PDF with a CutContour or magenta line.
3. Material and finish
No laminate on this material.
A laminate adds scratch and UV protection.
Best on clear materials: anything white in your file is left unprinted.
4. Quantity
The quantity discount grows at 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 4000 labels.
Every label gets its own number. Drag the number box on the preview to place it, drag its corner to resize.
Start is digits only (up to 8); prefix and suffix are printed around every number.

- Check. See your artwork on the label, on the material, and approve the proof.
- Pay. Pay by card. We print in Hastings and courier it to you, or you collect.
Turnaround
- Standard dispatch in 10 working days. Rush dispatch in 3 working days for an extra charge.
- Courier 1 to 3 working days after dispatch anywhere in New Zealand, or collect free from Hastings.
